The collection consists of correspondence, subject files, teaching materials, research and writings, consulting records, and administrative records of Clyde O. Ruggles. Correspondence and subject files relate to state, public, and private utility companies. Teaching records include cases, correspondence, and notes related to public utility management courses. Research and writing materials include correspondence, reports, and publication related to a survey of public utility commissions, a study of rural electrification programs, and drafts of speeches and articles written and delivered by Ruggles.
